1. Discovery Call (30-60 mins)
I learn about your operation, what you need, what you already have (logo, website, content), your goals, timeline, and budget range.

2. Custom Proposal
I send you a detailed proposal with specific deliverables, timeline, and pricing based on your project scope. No surprises, no hidden costs.

3. Kickoff & Research
Once approved, I start with research. Understanding your market, competitors, audience, and positioning. For brand projects, I develop concepts and direction.

4. Design & Development
You review initial concepts (logo, website layouts, messaging), provide feedback, and I refine until it's right. Typically 2-3 rounds of revisions depending on package.

5. Content Shoots (if applicable)
I visit your property for photography and video. Scheduled around your availability and seasonal timelines (I plan around mustering, seeding, etc.)

6. Final Delivery & Launch
Website goes live. Brand files delivered in all formats. Content library organised and handed over. You're set up for success.

Common Questions

Can I just get a website without rebranding?

Absolutely. If you already have branding you're happy with, I'll design your website to match. I'm not here to force a rebrand if you don't need one.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's completely fine! Most clients don't. That's what the discovery call is for. I'll help you figure out what actually makes sense based on your goals and budget.

Do you build on specific platforms?

I typically use Squarespace or Webflow (both are easy for you to update later without needing a developer). But I can work with other platforms if you have a preference or existing setup.

What if I need changes after the project is done?

Minor tweaks within 30 days are included (fixing typos, small adjustments). Larger changes or ongoing updates can be handled hourly or through a maintenance retainer.

Can you help with content if I don't have professional photos?

Yes! I can do an on-property content shoot, or we can work with stock imagery and your existing content to start, then upgrade with a shoot later when budget allows.

What if I already have a website but it's outdated?

I can rebuild it from scratch or refresh the existing one depending on what makes more sense. Sometimes a redesign is enough. Sometimes starting fresh is better.

How do you handle copywriting?

I can write all the copy for your website. Or you can provide copy and I'll design around it. Or we can collaborate, you give me the key info, I turn it into polished copy.

Do you do ongoing website maintenance?

I offer maintenance retainers if you want ongoing support (updating content, making changes, keeping things current). Most clients just need the initial build and then manage it themselves, but the option's there.

What if we're too busy during seeding/mustering/calving?

I plan projects and content shoots around your calendar, not mine. If we need to pause or reschedule because you're slammed, no problem. I've lived it, I get it.

Can we do this in stages (brand first, website later)?

Yes. We can break it into phases if budget or timing makes that easier. Brand first, website a few months later. Or website now, content shoot later. Whatever works.
