Brand Strategy and Identity for Farms and Agricultural Businesses

Work out what you stand for, then build a brand that shows it. Positioning, messaging, logo, and the whole system, done together, because they don't work apart.

What I do

Most people come to me for a logo. Usually what they need first is a decision.

Who's this actually for. What are you known for. What do you want someone to think when your name comes up at a field day. That's the strategy, and it's not a workshop for the sake of it, it's the thing that makes every design choice afterwards obvious instead of arbitrary.

Then we build it: logo, colours, type, the way you sound, and a set of rules so it holds together whether it's on a website, a truck door, or a sale catalogue.

Agricultural branding isn't about looking corporate. It's about looking like exactly what you are, on purpose, everywhere.

Who it's for

Operations starting from scratch. Businesses that have grown into something their branding doesn't reflect anymore. Anyone whose logo was done years ago by whoever was handy at the time, that's most people, and it's usually served them fine until it hasn't. Full rebuild or a refresh of what you've got, depending on what's worth keeping. I'll tell you which.

Worth knowing

I don't do strategy on its own. The thinking and the build go together, a positioning document that never turns into anything is just a document. And if what you've got is working, I'll let you know. Sometimes a refresh is enough and a full rebrand is money you don't need to spend.

What's included

  • Brand strategy: positioning, audience, key messages
  • Tone of voice
  • Logo design: primary mark plus variations
  • Colour palette and typography system
  • Brand guidelines document
  • Files for print, digital, and merchandise

Every project is custom scoped: a refresh and a full rebuild are different jobs. I'll tell you what's involved and what it costs before anything starts.

How it works

01

Discovery & Scope

What the business is, where it's going, who you're trying to reach, and what you've already got. Then a proposal with every deliverable, the timeline, and the price.

02

Strategy

The decisions. Who you're for, how you're different, what you say and how you say it. This is where we work out what the brand actually needs to do before anyone touches a logo.

03

Design

Logo, colours, type, and how it all fits together. You review, I refine, usually two or three rounds. Built to work small on a shirt and big on a shed.

04

Guidelines & Handover

Every file you need, in every format, print, digital, merch. Plus a guidelines document so anyone who touches your brand later knows how it works.
